Hours:Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Rate of Pay: $22.50 per hour Percent o f Travel Required: >5%. This position entails regular travel to our PROS sites located in Middletown, New Windsor, Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, and Millbrook. Job Description: + Supervises and supports the PROS E mployment Services team + Collaborates with PROS Clinical Team Leaders at the five PROS locations + Ensures positive program outcomes by working side-by-side with PROS Employment Specialists + Participates in multidisciplinary team meetings + Verifies employment specialists’ case notes are completed within 72 hours and conducts periodic audits for timeliness, clarity and accuracy + Collects cli ent outcomes on a monthly basis and w orks with third-party researchers to monitor and assess program’s success + Reviews outcomes for PROS with AD + Sets goals for team members focused on continuous improvement + Reviews individual outcomes with each practitioner and develops plans for improvement + Helps employment specialists refine their skil ls to improve outcomes + Evaluate s staff performance adhering to ASFL’s performance evaluation process and timetable + Ensure s staff are up to date on all mandatory trainings + Provides supported employment services to a caseload of 8-10 individuals + Perform s other duties as identified by AD Qualifications: + Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in supported employment and working with people with disabilities and /or mental health diagnoses . + Prior supervisory experience and proven leadership skills + Excellent organizational skills + Strong interpersonal and engagement skills + Valid NY State Driver's License Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associates required ALL POSITIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND, FINGERPRINTING AND MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT CHECK.
