SOCCENT AOR FSRs (Rotational, Part Time) TCC-FSR Program

Raytheon SOG is seeking candidates for our customer's future staffing needs. The successful candidates would work as Part-time Technical Communication, Collection FSR (TCC-FSR) Field Service Representatives in support of DoD contracts providing technical equipment advisory and support for SOCCENT. 

* Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 

Mentor and advise senior military personnel on various equipment, technical capabilities and employment Techniques, Tactics, and Procedures (TTPs)Assist in the development and implementation of Concepts of Operations (CONOPs)Provide sustainment training as needed on specialized technical equipment Coordination with RBT headquarters for specialized program supportPositions will require CONUS and OCONUS travel, to include; Iraq, Yemen and Qatar

Preferred Skills:

Retired or former Special Operations soldier minimum of 5 years of United States military experience in a similar capacityRecent combat experienceExperience with or technical information collection equipment to support War on Terrorism goalsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal, time management, and organizational skillsExcellent motivational skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with administration, customers, and employees

Required skills:

Experience with web-based applications including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and various viewing software programs such as: FalconView, Google Earth, C2PC, Streets and Trips, and Map PointRequires experience with Tagging, Tracking and Locating (TTL) devices, Technical Audio Visual Surveillance devices, and tactical communications equipment Ability to travel independently and operate for periods of time without supervisionAbility to perform CONUS and OCONUS travel requirements to support UnitMust be able to transport a 35 pound load with no assistance

Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.  U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
