Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Re-Bath, is now hiring part-time seasonal Field Sales Representatives!   

Program Dates:  4/26 – 7/28

Schedule:  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; 18 hours per week

2020 Companies is now hiring highly passionate, sales-driven brand enthusiasts as Bathroom Remodeling Specialists.  This part-time temporary role is an ideal fit for entry-level candidates looking to take the next step in the retail or home design space. Paid training to learn all facets of our bathroom remodeling services, selling strategies, and demonstrating the difference when purchasing our client’s services

What are my responsibilities?

Demonstrate, sell, and promote our bathroom remodeling service at retailers in assigned territory

Drive sales and product awareness through hands-on consumer-facing activities

Manage a territory of stores independently with minimal oversight

Showcase your interactive bathroom remodeling know-how and communication skills

Schedule in-home consultations for single-home and multi-home customers

Educate customers while making specific product recommendations that apply to their everyday life

Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices

Collect customer feedback and provide insight and recommendations

How is Success Measured In this role?

Meet established metrics

Execute sales activities inside each location during all visits

Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit

Be a problem-solving, sales enthusiast

Have an outgoing personality and be eager to learn

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation of products, and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation

Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail

Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage

Weekend availability is a must (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)

1 year retail experience. Home improvement is a plus

1 year training experience a plus

Job Description:

Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities engaging directly with customers

Drive sales productivity through high-quality sales interactions with customers

Educate customers while making product recommendations

Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis

Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities, and best practices

Collect customer feedback and provide sales/marketing channel insight and recommendations

Performance Measurements:

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Meet or exceed weekly in-store time goals

Effectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visits

Record and maintain appropriate documentation for each visit

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

12+ months of previous retail selling experience in home improvement or related experience

12+ months of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/retail sales

Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation

Strong multi-tasking skills, time management, and attention to detail

Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment

Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage
