15871BR **Regional Director - Hybrid** Pittsburgh Pennsylvania **Job Description** Upward Settlement Services is a part of the Anywhere Integrated Services family of companies launching a startup escrow operation in the Pennsylvania real estate market. Upward Settlement Services is a new, innovative concept partnering closely with top luxury real estate brokerages in the Greater Pittsburgh area. Upward Settlement Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Director to lead our Pennsylvania company. As a Regional Director and company leader, _you are equally skilled at partner, people, and profitability management_ . You will oversee the launch of the brand and manage at least one office including both title and settlement operations. You will also partner closely with our Pennsylvania President on strategic planning and execution of investment in office opening, hiring, and expansion. The ideal candidate for this role is very comfortable with partnering with our Advisory Committee of broker-owners, collecting input and feedback to lead the entity to success in both revenue growth and customer service. This role will pay base compensation and competitive, performance-based commission. **Who you are:** + Strategic leader focused on managing branch profitability and prudent investments required to establish Upward Settlement Services in the market. + Strong listener, recognizing and adapting to our key partners’ priorities, preferences, and communication styles – especially when collecting input on business growth and customer service issues. + Accountable and can make tough business decisions with a sense of ownership and thoughtfulness. + Organized, detail oriented and follows up on critical items to ensure that achievements are met on time. + Strong attention to detail: you are able to balance, navigate and supervise multiple priorities at once. + Builder: you are excited about playing a role in building and growing a brand-new company. **Your responsibilities:** + **Regional Leader:** Implement the launch and growth plans of luxury-oriented offices across the state of Pennsylvania, focused on the Greater Pittsburgh area and eventually expanding footprint throughout the state. Monitor investment and expenses to lead the company to profitability. + **Tactical Operator:** Lead a team of Escrow professionals working at multiple locations, promote principles that inspire a high level of responsibility and success, and ensure that all escrow operations are running proficiently to uphold the maximum level of productivity while ensuring that the highest level of customer service is provided to agents, sellers and homebuyers. + **Relationship and Business Builder:** Build and enhance relationships with our brokerage partners, earning their confidence and trust in order to create opportunities for business development and growth. Leadership of Quarterly Advisory Committee meetings and ongoing collaborative planning. + **Finding a Better Way:** Embody an ambitious mentality within our Fortune 500 company, partnering with functional and operational colleagues to improve processes and customer experiences. + **Talent builder:** Passionate about hiring, developing and retaining a successful team. Delegating, auditing work, answering questions and providing regular feedback. **Qualifications:** + **Management** **Experience:** Three plus years of management experience, ideally leading all aspects of a multi-branch operation. Prior experience in escrow and title insurance a plus. + **Communications skills:** Extremely strong written and verbal skills, including preparation and leadership of our quarterly Advisory Committee Meetings. + **Travel:** Ability to supervise teams and partners in the Pittsburgh market and eventually throughout the state of Pennsylvania as the company expands.
