**Job Type:** Regular **Time Type:** Full time **Work Shift:** Night (United States of America) **FLSA Status:** Non-Exempt **When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.** **Job Description:** **Under the mission to provide all patients a voice while delivering community hospital compassion with high-quality personalized care, as a RN for our Medical Surgical B2 Team, you will be responsible for the following:** **Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patients progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness** **Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient** **Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes** **Qualifications:** **Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) or obtain BSN within 5 years of hire** **Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts** **Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred** **Schedule: Three 12 hour shifts including every third weekend and holiday rotation** **As a health care organization, we have a responsibility to do everything in our power to care for and protect our patients, our colleagues and our communities.
