1 Full time RN for Case Management in an  Outpatient Clinic

Requires 2 years of strong Acute Care experience in Medical Surgical or Procedures areaRequires flexibility, excellent communication skills and computer proficiencyDemonstrates a high level of resiliency in a fast paced environmentDemonstrates excellent critical thinking and collaboration with other healthcare providers   Schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm, no weekends, off all Federal holidays
