New Graduate RN's are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000!  RN's with greater than 1 year but less than 3 years of experience are also eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000.  RN's with over 3 years of experience are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $25,000! At Mercy Medical Center the Intermediate Care Unit provides quality care primarily for adult patients experiencing severe, but usually non-life-threatening issues requiring moderately complex assessments, intensive therapies, and interventions. Our professionalism, punctuality, attendance, teamwork, and empathy are at the core of how we represent intermediate care and care for our patients, together, we positively impact the lives of all our patients and their families.   

What you will do:

In this critical role you will assist in creating and managing nursing care plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future medical needs of the patient.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited college or university affiliated nursing program.  BSN graduate preferred.

Licensure: Current Licensure as a Registered Nurse RN in Massachusetts.

Certification: BLS (AHA/ARC). ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

Preferred Skills: 

Experience: Previous cardiac monitoring/telemetry experience preferred. Acute care, Medical-Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry preferred.

Work Schedule:  Full time, 36 hours, Nights 7pm-7am

Every Other Weekend/Holiday
