Patients are admitted from a number of services including internal medicine, medical oncology, hospice, infectious disease, behavioral health, thoracic surgery and renal. The patients on Johnson 6 require complex pharmaceutical interventions. Weekend incentive program offers a $600 stipend for working both Friday and Saturday nights, 12 hour shifts, 46 out of 52 weekends annually. As a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Team, you will be responsible for the following: + Complete assessments, administer medications/treatments, observes patient’s progress and evaluates therapies for clinical outcomes and effectiveness + Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to develop an optimal health care strategy plan for each patient + Support and educate patients and their loves ones to achieve maximum outcomes **Education/Licensure/ Certification:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred + Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts + Basic Life Support (BLS) required Beverly Hospital promotes the culture and philosophy which enables employees to give and receive the best of care.
