Job Summary + The RN-C is responsible for providing direct patient care and performs nursing assessment skills and treatments in accordance with registered nurse standard nursing practice for patients of all ages in the pre-operative, surgical and post-operative setting. Education and/or Experience + Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. + 1-2 years of experience required. 3-5 years of experience preferred. Licensure/Certification/Registration + Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska or multistate licensure in a compact state. + Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire. + Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of hire. + Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire. + Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within 6 months of hire. Work Schedule + Day schedule with varying start times depending on surgical case load, occas wknd/hol/call; 80hrs/2wks Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
