Duties:

Handle all supervisory duties for the unitHelp establish and implement employment policies and proceduresMentor less experienced nurses, offering clinical & career adviceMaintain the standards of care for the unitReview of Resident records & quality of careMonitor overall care & review individual Residents’ casesAddress questions or complaints brought forward by Residents or their familiesRepresent the unit's interests with upper-level management

Requirements:

Minimum 3 yrs. Long-Term Care ExperienceMinimum 2 yrs. Unit Manager experienceMust hold valid RN LicenseBasic computer skillsExcellent communication skills
