In addition, MetroHealth has been designated a Spinal Cord Injury Model System by the National Institutes of Health, one of only 18 such centers nationally. **Join our Inpatient Spinal Cord Injury Physical Rehab Unit, 6N!** _Primary Patient Population:_ + Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) _Primary skills utilized/learned:_ + Ventilator/Trach Care + SCI retraining (Bowel & Bladder management program) + Wound prevention and care + Specialty treatment and technology for regain of function + Rehabilitation specific education for patient/family _Personnel RN will work with_ _:_ + LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers/Case Management, Respiratory Therapy, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Art & Music Therapy, Dieticians _Number of beds on unit:_ + 24 beds _Awards or Recognitions the unit has received:_ + National Model System **MetroHealth offers industry-leading benefits, including tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment, professional certification incentives, and medical/dental insurance.
