Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of different programs throughout Arizona. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.

We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse Supervisor for our Benson program.

The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the direction of all nursing services provided at a CBI inpatient facility. In this role the Nursing Supervisor has the supervisory responsibility over all nursing staff to include Medical Assistants, Milieu Specialists and Peer Support Specialists and will provide direction for activities on the unit. He or she is responsible for the practices on the inpatient unit that will assist restoring patient health by developing the day to day management and long term planning of the inpatient unit; directing and developing staff; collaborating with medical practitioners and multidisciplinary staff; providing physical and psychological support for patients and their families; implementation of medical/medication protocols, and maintaining inpatient census based on the medical necessity criteria required for an inpatient admission. Provides comprehensive reviews of significant events, Incident, Accident and Death reports (IAD), medication use and laboratory orders. Provide recommendations for training, policy changes and processes changes.

Skills & Requirements

Valid Arizona Board of Nursing License – License must be current and in good standing. Registered Nurse License

Valid Arizona Driver’s License – Staff who will be driving company vehicles and/or who will be transporting patients and/or whose position requires driving need to have a valid Arizona Drivers License on file with a current MVD Report

Skills/Requirments:

Must have an unencumbered RN License. 1-3 years management experience preferred. Behavioral health experience is a plus.
