The clinical and research program will focus on evaluating the implementation and program refinement of a novel Comprehensive Medication Management practice model for high cost, high utilizer Medicare patients within the University of Michigan Health System. **What You'll Do** Direct patient care and program development, data abstraction from electronic medical record and other data collection opportunities based on research needs (e.g., interviews), quantitativeandqualitativedataanalysis,reportgeneration,literaturereview,IRBpreparation,abstract,posterand manuscript drafting for dissemination of findings, teaching assistance within the PharmD program. **Required Qualifications*** PharmD, PGY-1PharmacyResidency,ambulatorycarepharmacy,research,andteachingexperience,highlyorganized,detail oriented, experience with data collection and analysis, interpersonal skills, strong oral and written scientific communication skills. **Desired Qualifications*** PGY-2AmbulatoryCareResidency,Michiganpharmacistlicense. **Background Screening** The University of Michigan conducts background checks on all job candidates upon acceptance of a contingent offer and may use a third party administrator to conduct background checks.
