Sodexo is seeking a Retail Food Service Manager at Nebraska Medical Center located in Omaha, NE. This Food Service Manager will help manage the evening food and retail locations throughout the hospital. This manager will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in directing food service teams in a high-volume environment.  

 

The Retail Food Service Manager position offers a competitive salary and a full benefits package that kicks in immediately. At Nebraska Medicine, this position will also receive perks such as free parking, daily meal stipend, and free gym access. The schedule is primarily 12pm-9pm / Monday-Friday with some weekends. 

 

The successful candidate will:

direct and oversee all retail food operations for the hospital (Starbucks, Restaurant, Cafés, Convenient Store, and Micro-Market) manage, develop and engage with subordinate managers, supervisors and frontline employeesinteract with customers, hospital staff, and visitors to ensure customer satisfaction oversee cash handing processes and POS programming and maintenancemaintain all product merchandising, marketing and ordering standards are in placeachieve company and client financial targets and goals

 

We are looking for candidates who have:

experience as a Food Service Manager or Supervisor (retail food outlets, restaurants, hotels, catering etc.)a results-driven mindset that enjoys working hands-on to support the teamnatural ability to foster culture and mentor others strong technical skills
