What you’ll do:

Consistently up-sell/cross-sell AAA products including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referralsPlan domestic travel vacations (car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books and, triptiks)Answer incoming overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during high call volumesLead, guide and direct the daily operations of the Retail Store, including administrative and associate-related issues in the absence of the Retail ManagerServe as backup to the cashiers

What we are looking for:

Have a high school diploma/GEDMinimum of six (6) months of sales/customer service experienceHave effective communication skills both written and oralProficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programsAbility to read maps and geography knowledge a plus

As a Staff Assistant/Team Lead, you will support the Retail Manager to help enhance the customer experience by leading associates to success and promoting our Shared Values culture.
