As the Revenue Manager, you are responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through the development and implementation of effective transient and group inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends, and historical data. You will be a key member of the senior management team and closely involved in the strategic direction of the hotel.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

Degree in hospitality management or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at an international chain hotelFamiliarity with hotel systems, specifically Fidelio and OperaDemonstrates a positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to be a great team player when requiredHighly self-motivated, analytically detailed, and results-driven, with a proven history of these attributesExcellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skillsOperates with an entrepreneurial spirit and prefers to lead rather than followFluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)Pre-opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage.
