Assesses and plans for direct patient care and provides leadership within the nursing team. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care. Responsible and accountable to know and understand OMC’s Vision, Mission, Values and Standards. Responsible and accountable for care given to patients and for the decisions regarding nursing tasks delegated to licensed and unlicensed personnel.
