Registered Nurse Case manager opening in support of the Intrepid Spirit Center Excellence in Ft Belvoir, VA caring for patients with traumatic brain injury.

 

 

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm 40 hoursNo nights, weekends or federal holidaysNo on-call

Pay Rate: $60

identify and integrate local processes.Develop and implement local strategies using inpatient, outpatient, onsite and telephonic followups.Develop and implement tools to support case management, such as those used for patient
identification and patient assessment, clinical practice guidelines, algorithms, Care Point and MHS
Genesis software, and databases for community resources.Integrate coordination of care and utilization management and integrating nursing case
management with social work case management. Qualifications Possess an Associate degree from an accredited nursing program The qualified Registered Nurse will, have a minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
