Responsibilities Primary responsibilities include supervision of all nursing personnel and nursing related functions on a specific shiftDuties involve assessing staffing and resident needs and directing care Works predominately with an adult geriatric populationServes as role model for staff through provision of safe, effective and efficient nursing care. Supervises clinical aspects of nursing.Manages day to day operations of Nursing DepartmentInterfaces with others to insure efficient unit operations.
