What you'll do:

As the RTP Support Engineer, you will work closely with business partners, vendors, and colleagues to support payment solutions for Western Alliance Bank. In this position you will work to mature the tools and practices used by the Application Support team.

What we are looking for:

Duties & Responsibilities

Support the bank’s payment solutions including in house developed components and 3rd party systems.Manage releases for internal platforms.Lead and train team mates on current and upcoming technologies.Install, configure, administer, design, build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain simple to complex applicationsSupport solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features, collaborating with developers, vendors, implementation team, supporting testing efforts, facilitating business testing, and managing deployment effortsReview current documentation for the applications and update as appropriateCollaborate closely with the wider technology teams to coordinate interdependencies and resolve issues and understand any overlap of teams and applicationsAssist in training of new users, and growing the MuleSoft skills set across the whole organizationStay up to date with the latest MuleSoft feature releases and provide recommendations to drive greater efficiencies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience is required.3+ years of Mulesoft developer/support experience6+ years of experience in ITMinimum 4 years' experience in application support, professional services, and/or QAGood analytical, communication, facilitation/organizational skills3+ years’ experience working with MS-SQL or other databasesGood knowledge of the Software Development Life CycleGood understanding of Change Management processesGood understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentationMS Azure and other cloud experience preferredFamiliar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processesSoftware Development and/or implementation experience preferred1–2 years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations
