Sales Operations Specialist

Location: Bucharest, Romania

The Sales Operations Specialist, being an integral part of Juniper EMEA Services Sales team, plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of service renewal business and providing essential support in driving attainment of assigned team quota. The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for creating and managing renewal quotes and accountable for quote quality and delivery within the agreed SLA. This includes all related administrative tasks, proactive quoting for the upcoming expiring service and subscription contracts, reactive quoting, database and tool management and data analysis. 

This position relies on a detailed knowledge of tools, systems, processes, and policies related to renewal quoting, entitlement, and service delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure timely and accurate proactive preparation of renewal quotes for all upcoming expiring service and subscription contracts. Complete all reactive quotes, for both new and revision requests, ensuring quotes are delivered within established timelines. Perform all database management and data analysis required to prepare accurate quotes/reports and maintain data integrity. Prepare Install Base reports as needed to ensure complete inventory management and renewal quotes. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, agreements, and renewals in CRM systems to monitor progress and reflect accurate forecasting. Work closely with Service Sales teams to align and execute renewal strategies. Interact with various related teams to ensure positive customer experience, resolve issues, database/entitlement management, address customer inquiries, and manage escalations related to service and subscription renewals. Understand and ensure all Juniper policies and processes are adhered to as relates to renewal quote preparation. Help Service Sales team to meet team quota and grow the renewal business by responding to service-related queries, quotes, and opportunity management. Interface with Customers/Partners/Distributors to quote/contract/ordering queries and escalations.

 

Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2-3 years of service operations or service sales or sales support business experience and quoting skills. Commitment to delivering a remarkable customer experience. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to handle multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. Good team player and quick learner. Enjoys crunching and analyzing data. Strong data entry and Excel skills. Self-motivated, self-starter. Fluent in English. Other languages are considered a strong advantage.

Business trips attendance: not required, non travel position.
