Sales Representative

Position overview We are currently looking for a talentedSales Representative in Ratingen, Germany. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to develop and maintain business relationships to achieve revenue targets within the defined sales area. This role entails collaborating with user-care specialists and implementing effective account management strategies in alignment with Regional Sales Managers. Your focus will be on proactive customer engagement, sales, and business development activities to drive the sales of our complete portfolio of products and services. Key Responsibilities + Develop and implement account management strategies in collaboration with Regional Sales Managers. + Proactively expand the customer base through new and existing customer contacts, engaging various stakeholders, and conducting sales and marketing activities. + Drive proactive selling and business development efforts including demand planning, controlling, monitoring, and conducting customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). + Manage the entire sales process within the specified geographic area, including lead generation, opportunity creation, quoting, order processing, and contract management. + Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. + Conduct independent health region reviews in collaboration with user-care specialists. + Execute the sales strategy through planning and coordinating sales activities, achieving sales targets, participating in product launches, attending trade fairs, and collaborating with internal departments. Qualifications and Skills + Education/Certification: Kaufmännisch Ausbildung and/or Rehabilitation field, health care education, or technical understanding, + MPB certification and valid driver's license, + 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or 3+ years as an OT or service technician or similar work experience, + Stakeholder management, + IT skills (MS 365 & CRM), + Fluency in English & German, + Industry knowledge / experience is an advantage.
