Contributions

As a Steampunk Business Analyst, you will work with Technical/Solutions Architects and Developers to document business requirements into well‐architected solutions. Test, document and maintain solutions and requirements. Execute test plans to ensure quality delivery using test code and unit tests. Participate in peer reviews.

Document user requirements and journeysEngage with Product OwnersAssist in training rollouts to new users, and grow the application knowledgeEnvision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics Qualifications 5 years of functioning as a business analyst for the federal governmentExperience using Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate with technical and non-technical staffAbility to get a Public Trust Excellent oral and written communication skills
