About This Role As an Accounting Consultant, you will partner with our clients by supporting the month-end close process, financial reporting, and audit compliance who have SAP S/4 HANA. In this role, you may have the opportunity to lead and/or support a team of individuals to implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy. What You Will Work On Lead month-end close process, including maintaining the general ledger and sub ledgers, prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and analyze account variancesDirect operational accounting, reconciliation and reporting responsibilities; communicate and follow up with business partners to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely mannerEnsure appropriate accounting treatment in accordance with GAAPPrepare and analyze monthly and quarterly reports as required by Client’s policies and proceduresIdentify and implement process improvements and system enhancements What You Will Bring Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field requiredSAP S/4 HANA and strong Excel experience requiredCPA or CMA preferred8-plus years of public accounting, related consulting or industry experienceExperienced with general ledger accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, financial statements, variance analysis and strong knowledge of US GAAPExcellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels and a strong client service orientation What You Can Expect Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.Pay Range: $60-70/hr.
