Primary Responsibilities

In the role of Senior CADD/BIM Specialist, we'll count on you to:

Perform non-routine and complex drafting assignments requiring application of standardized drawing techniquesPerform Redline corrections and develop design drawings from initial sketchesTake responsibility for drawing layoutWork independently with occasional advice from your supervisorDirect efforts of less-experienced BIM Technicians as neededPerform other duties as needed

Required Qualifications

Associate or technical school degree, or combination of education and relevant experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience developing BIM layouts/designs from engineering designs of structuresProficiency using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and InRoadsAbility to be a lead technician and work closely with JrCADD StaffStrong attention to detail and organization skillsAn attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferredRevit experience preferred

The expected compensation range for this position is $25.50- $37 hourlydepending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location. (Stated benefits are for full-time regular positions.
