What You Will Do: As a Project Manager you will lead the planning, development, and implementation of projects ensuring client satisfaction and budget management. You will be the client services manager and provide on-going communication related to projects & needs. In this position you will also lead your project teams and provide coaching and mentoring. You will learn the resources available in our organization and will maximize utilization of resources in a collaborative manner. This role will have a focus on our transportation and municipal market. What We Are Looking For: + Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university + Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota + 10+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure. + Experience with client relationship management and business development. + Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration. + Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred skills: + Experience with municipal business development and building strong client relationships + Experience conducting community meetings and communication + Previous supervisory experience WHY BOLTON & MENK?
