Position Specific Description

EverBright, a NextEra Energy Resources company, is driving the clean energy revolution through its industry-leading residential solar software platform and financing program. It has an ambitious vision to decarbonize the home by enabling customers to invest in a clean energy future. To support efforts, we're looking for a Senior Insights & Analytics Specialist to join our Customer Experience and Operations team. The person in this position must love finding stories or actionable business insights within customer data from across multiple customer touchpoints, all in support of increasing satisfaction and improving long-term customer value. 

 

Job Overview 

This position works cross-functionally to derive insights from customer interactions, demonstrating a strategic, analytical and tactical mindset. Strong data and analytical skills are desired, but this role is for someone who can go beyond crunching numbers. This is a position for a strong visual storyteller who also likes to connect the dots between customer experience and strategic business goals. You’ll work to improve the long-term customer experience through the insights you uncover.   

 

Job Duties & Responsibilities  

Supports the execution, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of Net Promoter Score, customer satisfaction surveys and other insights available from customer interactions.   Helps to guide the direction of questionnaires, surveys, and other data and feedback collection resources.  Develops monthly customer insights reports that communicate conclusions, implications, and recommendations; develops and reports on KPIs to measure performance.  Works cross-functionally to support building and maintaining customer insight dashboards   Supports customer initiatives that impact satisfaction and long-term customer value.  Remains fully informed on market trends and best practices.  Performs other job-related duties as assigned. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

Bachelor's Degree  PowerBI, Qualtrics or similar

High School Grad / GED   Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience   Experience: 4+ years
