Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate during pre-award phase on financial aspects of grants such as budgetsLead all financial aspects of post-award activity and complianceIdentify strategies to optimize grant administration processesResponsible for financial aspects of grants during external auditsCollaborate with operations during grant implementation and throughout the lifecycle of the grantAssess, manage, and mitigate risksPresent and report to stakeholders; provide recommendations to Finance and Operational leadershipLead other major financial-related projects in areas such as capital, procurement, or reporting

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting requiredExperience with Grant administration requiredSupervisor experience preferredAt least 5 years' experience in finance management preferred

Additional Qualifications:

Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in financial software and spreadsheet applicationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and commitment to accuracyKnowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
