Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Program Manager - Retail who will be responsible for Managing the Quality Engineering program of 150 - 200 team members across the domain and implement the QA roadmap and strategy.

This is a Onsite position, Candidate has to report onsite in Nashville, TN on Day 1.

\n

Responsibilities:

\n

·     Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software applications from quality engineering and quality assurance point of view.

\n

·     Work with domain Leads and understand the pain areas across the domain and implement the QA roadmap and strategy.

\n

·     Drive Automation initiatives across the portfolio.

\n

·     Identification of suitable tools and technologies for automation testing along with designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks

\n

·     Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams and Manage customer stakeholders.

\n

·     Manage Risk management, Scope management, Issue management of the Overall Delivery.

\n

·     Managing schedule and budget for the projects and delivering metrics to customer

\n

·     Drive weekly, monthly and Quarter meeting with customer.

\n

 

\n

Required Skills/Qualifications:

\n

·     18+ years of experience working in IT Industry and experience in Managing Large Quality Engineering Projects/Programs for Large Retail Clients.

\n

·     Should be efficient and strong to handle program and manage multiple projects across different Lines of Business across Retail

\n

·     Large program management expertise and experience leading multi-year programs, multi-vendor teams

\n

·     Vast experience in driving digital transformation in QA and ability to identify innovative solution and drive their customized development to accelerate delivery

\n

·     Experience working in a client-facing role and on multiple projects concurrently and working in offshore based delivery model

\n

·     Experience creating program level strategies for multi-year, complex modernization initiatives

\n

·     Consulting expertise, experience handling multiple stakeholders in executive leadership teams at levels of VPs and above

\n

·     Strong leadership and communication skills and Ability to handle & drive 150 to 200 FTE team across portfolio.

\n

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

\n

·     Familiarity with automation framework & tools

\n

·     PMP certified.

\n

·     SAFe - Expert level certified.

\n

·     Ability to understand and handle Gen AI

\n

·     Ability to conduct mind share & knowledge share.

\n
