Senior Revenue Accountant

The Role

· Ensure all projects are billed and closed within a reasonable timeframe with filed Proof Of Delivery (typically 60 days from project completion)

· Help resolve billing and cost queries

· Job analysis and assisting with reconciliation of 3rd party costs, where contractually required

· Provide monthly status for all jobs,

· Ensure completeness and accuracy of appropriate documentation for revenue recognition, including PO/client approval, Billings, and purchasing contacts where applicable and proof of delivery

· Work closely with Senior WIP Controller ensure that revenue recognized is accurate

· Client Set up in ERP system

· SOX audit compliance for revenue recognition and job set up and completion.

· Monthly Client Account meetings to discuss revenue, accrued income, deferred income, and Sox compliance.

· Monthly Accrued Income, Deferred Income, COGS and SOX file update and distribution

· Other adhoc requirements

Requirements

· High level of attention to detail & Proven experience in a similar role

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders

· Strong team player with the ability to work autonomously

· Ability to manage multiple tasks while working to tight deadlines

· A can-do' positive attitude & Proactiv
