The External Warehouse and Logistics function manages the third-party EU warehousing network to deliver an effective and compliant operation that supports Regeneron Irelands current and future needs.

Within this role the Senior Distribution Compliance Specialist will ensure that the external warehouse network is established in compliance with appropriate regulation and is positioned to receive, store and ship material in line with operational requirements. They will also ensure that an excellent working relationship is maintained with internal teams and external logistics partners to deliver on the above business requirements in a GMP environment, functioning as part of Supply Chain Logistics and be responsible for the operational support for internal and external inquiries pertaining to vendor interactions and 3PL operations. You will be supporting special projects in the area and executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects.

As a Senior Supply Logistics Analyst, a typical day might include, but is not limited to, the following: 

Ensuring requirements across IOPS and Tarrytown are identified and that all material demand is being managedServing as the operational support point of contact for internal and external inquiries pertaining to vendor interactions and 3PL operationsEnsuring Warehouse and Logistics infrastructure is positioned to support the IOPS short-term and long-term needsBeing responsible for 3PL performance to all Regeneron requirements ensuring delivery of KPI targets as agreed per SOWEnsuring all Third-Party Logistics providers delivering logistics operations such as transportation and warehouse activities meet compliance and safety performance in a cGMP environmentWorking closely with Distribution Operations counterparts and Management in monitoring the adherence to and compliance of contractual agreements in placeExecuting and designing data analytics that impact overall supply chain.Building advanced ad-hoc queries and reports to gather and present information effectively to support development of Supply Chain processesDesigning or assisting design of Excel/SharePoint models, tools, templates and analytics to identify and improve reporting efficiency to allow access to the routine reports and ad hoc information requests for all the supply chain stakeholdersCreating and publishing KPIs to improve Supply Chain process effectivenessWorking closely with Management, Ireland Operations and Distribution Operations, as necessary in the field, to enhance relationships with vendors and assuring best-in-class performance within the channelsAssisting with regular operational meetings; representing supply chain at cross-functional and stakeholder meetingsCompleting reports required to support supply chain team including open order reporting, inventory reports, etcCompleting other duties, administrative and support tasks, as neededEmbracing and promoting the IOPS culture and the Regeneron WayAssisting in deploying IOPS Regeneron’s values and culture throughout the Supply Chain teamQuarterly International travel as a requirement

Associate Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background or equivalent combination of education and experience.Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.Senior Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus.Master’s degree a plus.
