Residential Shift Manager - Full Time Up to $42,640/yr Mercer County, NJ Who We Need : We are looking for Full Time Shift Managers to join our Residential Team to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What We Need: + Direct Support Professional that can provide supervision within the group home by providing coaching, feedback, and guidance + Assist staff in achieving the highest standards of excellence each day + Someone with a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities + To assist with daily living; cooking, cleaning, activities, and community involvement, as well as personal hygiene + Administer medications and complete appropriate documentation + Accompany individuals to and from appointments + High School Diploma/GED required + Valid driver's license (less than 3 suspensions and/or points in the past 3 years) + Under NJ Executive order #283 must be vaccinated against COVID-19, with booster shots (based on CDC eligibility), and provide proof of vaccination.
