Shift Manager

SUMMARY

To assist the Store Management in ensuring and maintaining Genuine Customer Care, accountable for the operation of the store insuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandising, inventory, expense control, human resources management, and managing operating costs and shrinkage.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drives store sales by ensuring that all customers are acknowledged, customer projects needs are met, and concerns are resolved quicklyAssist in managing total store operating Assure front end is providing customers with quick friendly serviceBuild and fill displaysAssist in keeping backroom neat and up to best practices standardsAssist in handling all associate issuesAssist in handling customer issuesEnsure all safety policies and procedures are followed by all Associates.Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Possess product knowledge of hardware related products

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence Present information and respond to questions from customers or associates

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math concepts (addition, subtraction, division, multiplication)
