The Production Worker job in Auburn, Maine is responsible for machine operation and assembly work in a large manufacturing setting.  Qualified candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and  be willing to learn job duties in other departments. Desired qualities for candidates being considered for this role will have established longevity in previous positions, strong communications skills, and the ability to interact effectively with department associates and supervisors. This is a full time, 1st shift position, 4 on/4 off schedule, 12 hour shifts.  

Skilled Production Worker Qualifications: 

High School Diploma or Equivalent One year experience in a manufacturing facility  Strong communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with department associates, support functions and members of supervision Must have manufacturing experience and be mechanically-inclined Candidate needs to be flex to doing different job duties and or departments

Skilled Production Worker Job Details: 

Schedule: 6:30am-6:30pm, 4 days on/4 days off  Pay: $20/hr Start Date: ASAP
