JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Assists the Slot Relief Shift Manager with the scheduling, training, and overseeing of the Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers in an assigned section of the floor.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

.Provides excellent customer service. .Responsible for all related gaming machine and guest service related issues .Assists with hiring, training, and disciplinary actions of Slot Department personnel .Supervises the Slot Operation of the Casino floor, gaming machines, customer service,and assigned Slot Department personnel. .Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering Program (AMLP) and its requirements  including, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements .Oversees the activity of Slot Attendants and Hi Limit Cashiers where assigned. .Issues complimentary services per internal control authorizations .Approves slot machine payoffs in assigned area and key over Slot Jackpots .Maintains a working knowledge of the property, as well as, current and upcoming special events .Stays informed of current industry trends .Performs the duties of a Slot Attendant as required .Complies with all applicable Tribal Regulations, internal controls and policies and procedures.
