Danone Global Research & Innovation Center, located in the Utrecht Science Park in the Netherlands is a state of the art Life Science innovation centre for the development of new product concepts for Specialized Nutrition. We create formulas that provide clinically substantiated health benefits to vulnerable consumers – infants, toddlers, elderly and patients. 

 

The SN R&I Strategic Portfolio and Governance team is Part of the Global SN R&I, which mission is to inspires, designs and develops superior experiences and life-serving innovations leveraging the unique SN expertise and common R&I assets across SN Categories. Furthermore, The SN R&I team creates value growth opportunities within ‘fuel for growth’ initiatives across SN categories.

 

Your role and main responsibilities are:

Provide proper visibility of factory trial management throughout the year & forecast .  Maintain Project Management team (IPRO), R&I,  and Factory (Ops) leaders in sync regarding latest budget picture reflecting Trials Management decisions. Enable decision making by SN R&I Board, endorsed by SNU decision Board (GIM) Co-build entry window inputs ensuring trials are properly reflected and prioritized Co-build budget allocation guideline and ensure it is known and applied globally Gatekeeper on budget impact of write off costs and factory rework University degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology or Chemical EngineeringA master degree in a relevant field (process, food, laboratory, etc.) and approx. 5 years of experience in R&I or Operation ;You have experience in portfolio management and are able to find cross functional alignments; with strong Stakeholder management experience, ability to network , communication skills.You have change agility, business acumen , result driven and able to work autonomousYou are a strong Team Player with a collaborative mindset with Critical thinking and problem solving.
