SN Knowledge Manager

As SN knowledge manager, you will be responsible for the Knowledge Management of SN R&I IDDC communities & processing team worldwide as 1st primary scope. This new role is a transformation role. It brings unique impact to strengthening SN fundamental especially on knowledge and capability development, which will fuel people growth and boost business growth in three folds.

The ideal candidate combines technical understanding of targeted function and basic project/process management skill-sets, with strong drives, coordination and stakeholder management skills. He/she is a people connector, team player with continuous improvement mindset.

Your main responsibilities:

Define SN category knowledge and competency needs for targeted teams globally for all levelsManage competency mapping process, with continuous improvementDiscipline SN competency training curriculum for targeted teamsTranslate SN competency needs to co-define best learning methods with Advanced Techno Academy team Develop automation solution in learning system i.e Dashboard, Channels etc for world-wide targeted communityDevelop, track dashboard of training completion with defined KPI  Improve current training set up to be future provenPartnership with packaging, UX and P&T teams to co-design targeted team competency learning roadmap for mid & long term, and priorities

We are looking for a SN Knowledge Manager with:

 

MSc. degree in Chemical engineering, Food technology or similar working/thinking level obtained via experienceMinimum 3-year experience in R&D related environment or factory technology job/ environment or business-related role in the food industryAble to communicate effectively within various functions and levels (operator to director) within R&D, Operations, C&P, and QualityTeam player with an autonomous and independent working attitudeCan deal with changing priorities, manage uncertainty and deal with complexity in a dynamic organizationEnthusiastic, pro-active, solution oriented, open-minded, fast learner and with a hands-on approach.Fluent in English, both verbal and written
