GiaCare is now accepting resumes for a civilian Social Worker to work full-time in anticipation for a future position at Cannon AFB (New Mexico). 

Job Qualifications:

Degree/Education: Master's degree in social work (MSW), Graduate from a school of Social Work fully accredited by the CSWE

Certifications: Basic Life Support. 

Experience: A minimum of two years full-time experience in care coordination, discharge planning or case management in a medical setting within the last four years. 

Board Certification: Current, full, active and unrestricted license to practice as a Social Worker.

 Licensure/Registration: This position is not Clinical in nature, which does not warrant any potential applicant to be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). 

Schedule: Monday – Friday
