This position also, provides individual and group services that enable individuals to experience their best quality of life. The person in this position must be able to communicate and problem-solve effectively with individuals, families, team members, and service providers to ensure the best quality of services. Required Education and Experience: + Master's degree in social work + Licensed and currently registered as an LMSW or LCSW + Experience in facilitating groups. + One year of experience working with the developmentally disabled population Other Requirements: + A valid NYS driver's license. + Must be able to communicate and problem-solve effectively with individuals, families, team members, and service providers to ensure the best quality of services. + Must pass a federal criminal background check and clearance through the Statewide Central Registry.
