Responsibilities

Assists in planning and implementation of marketing department initiatives. Responsible for the coordination of production, printing, implementation and distribution of advertising messaging across multiple channels.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Interface with all departments to ensure timely development of creative materials for all property promotions.Responsible for all aspects of property advertising collateral: planning, development and execution/installation, and budgetary accountability for same.Coordinate production schedules for various projects, including tracking and scheduling all copy, art, lists, cost estimates, invoices and other material through every stage of production.Assist with marketing plans and run lists for all media, including outdoor, radio, television, print and internet, and execution thereof.Assist with social media initiatives, digital advertising campaigns and website content.Assist with Public Relations initiatives.Coordinate photo shoots for printed material, social media and advertising.Obtain bids and initiate purchases in accordance with company policy; work with Purchasing and Warehouse on inventory and deliveries.Maintain records of all completed projects, including final files.Assist with Direct Marketing production and execution as needed.Assist with promotions and special events as needed.Conduct oneself in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida/departmental policies and procedures.Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke and excessive noise.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.  Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.

The Tribal Council gives preference in all of its employment practices to Native Americans. First preference in hiring, training, promoting and in all other aspects of employment is given to members of the Seminole Tribe who meet the job requirements. Second preference is given to members of other federally recognized Native American Tribes who meet the job requirements.
