Sr Solutions Sales -DACH

As a Sr Solution Sales DACH here at Honeywell Industrial Automation (IA), you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in selling Guided Voice Solutions (GWS), Operational Intelligence, Smart Talk and other software tools.

Your expertise in solution sales and building strong customer relationships will enable you to effectively meet customer needs and exceed their expectations in these areas. By identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored solutions, you will contribute to revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and the overall success of the IA business unit.

You will report directly to our Sales Director and you’ll work out of our Germany location on a remote work schedule. In this role, you will impact the growth and success of Honeywell by achieving business objectives, formulating growth strategies, driving innovation, and leading a high-performing team. You will also have the opportunity to engage closely with our Industrial Automations team to implement strong processes and better serve our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Guided Voice Solutions (GWS), Operational Intelligence, and Smart Talk

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions

• Lead contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 3+ years of enterprise Solutions Sales or business development experience with direct quota accountability, and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets year over year

• Last 3+ years of selling directly to enterprise accounts into at least one segment of transportation and logistics, warehousing and distribution, and retail

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• German and English language skills

• Travel availability 60%

• Relocation package is not possible.

• Desired Educational Qualification/Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field

• Experience in selling Guided Voice solutions (GWS), Operational Intelligence, and Smart Talk

• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets in GWS, Operational Intelligence, and Smart Talk

• Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics in GWS, Operational Intelligence, and Smart Talk

• Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
