Job Description


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Talent Management and Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide coordination and consultation to internal customer groups in the planning and support of processes related to talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and talent development. You’ll lead the development of talent management solutions for target audiences, including development and implementation of field teams and tools.

Responsibilities:


Drives training programs as needed, including Compliance, Certified Supply Chain Specialist, and Government regulated/mandated trainings.Consults with customer groups to establish and implement performance management processes that are aligned with our business strategy.Implements LEADS performance and development review and succession planning with customer groups.Facilitates LEADS and Succession Planning meetings in partnership with Sector/Function HR leader.Conducts in-person and virtual training sessions, including Insights and Presenting with Impact.Creates custom in-person trainings based on the specific needs of sectors or functions.Provides development guidance to salaried individuals to support their individual interests and organizational needs.Supports projects defined by the Talent Management Team.Supports and leads development programs as needed, such as the Emerging Leaders Program, General Managers Academy, and Accelerating Leaders Program.Facilitates 360 feedback and coaching sessions as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, required.Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.Two to four (2-4) years of experience in Organizational Development and/or Training and Development, required.One to three (1-3) years of experience in facilitating an established curriculum, preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse customer groups.Strong organizational and time management skills.Experience with talent management and succession planning is a plus.
