Leads the design of compelling consumer facing digital content that drives brand goals and objectives. Identifies business design needs in collaboration with eCommerce partners and Brand leadership. Drives growth and innovation and elevates the eCommerce and brand experience for the consumer across digital touchpoints.

Job Description

Designs and oversees the website’s use of the brand creative expression, including site design, user experience, email, digital ads, direct mail and all emerging channels that support eCommerce revenue growth.Helps define design systems and templates that contribute to the evolution of brand standards.  Assesses brand style guide and provides feedback to brand leadership on best practices in eCommerce to ensure each brand maintains its unique visual identity.Presents and collaborates on concepts, wireframes and storyboards for necessary campaign execution across multiple teams. Determines required deadlines to ensure project deliverables are met. Holds self and others accountable to these deadlines.Creates digital content consisting of web graphics, infographics, social media advertising, video, and animated GIFs.Assists with or leads product/lifestyle photoshoots to ensure assets meet eCommerce needs and standards.Stays up to date with the latest trends, tools, and processes to keep the brand in the forefront of design.Works with performance marketing team to create compelling digital content that will help increase ROAS and optimize campaigns.Partners with internal teams to ideate and execute test scenarios to elevate the user experience and engagement across all digital channels.Collaborates with brand and eCommerce leaders on executing key stories, and product launches.Leads and mentors’ other designers.  Provides creative direction and oversight while coordinating priorities.Performs duties consistent with the Company’s AAP/EEO goals and policies.Performs other duties as required/assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent work experience.5+ years of multi-media design experience (digital marketing, photography, email, video, direct mail, eCommerce) required. Video editing/digital animation experience preferred.Must be able to demonstrate creative experience through portfolio.Strong project management and time management skills. Open to feedback and continuous improvement.Extensive digital portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.Keen eye for detail in photography, imagery, and digital assets to build engaging and effective consumer experiences.Mastery of Adobe Photoshop and full creative suite. Strong experience with Figma. Strong experience with web graphic optimization techniques.Ability to prioritize with business leaders and delegate. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast pace environment.Responsive email, mobile/tablet design required.Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
