As the Store Manager, you OWN your store! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

You have a passion for driving sales: You lead by example with an exceptional sales ability and a strong presence on the sales floor, setting the pace for your team! You have strong business acumen and a strategic and analytical mindset. You continually analyze reporting, sales trend data and consumer insights to make data-based business decisions that drive sales and deliver KPI expectations. You generate new sales opportunities through customer outreach and community activation.

You're a people leader: You're passionate about recruiting, hiring and retaining a high-performing team. You’re invested in your team’s development and take pride in helping associates grow through training, performance feedback, individual development plans and annual performance reviews.

YOU’D BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF…

You have 2+ years of prior retail management experience or proven Vera Bradley management ability.You have proven experience engaging community through local outreach, in-store events and partnerships.You’re available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing and peak business needs.  You’re at least 18 years of age. You are a high school graduate (or equivalent), or ideally have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field.
