Convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS to the marketplace by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, showcasing the brand through exciting merchandise presentations and executing operational strategies resulting in positive operating profits.

 

What you can expect:

•    Utilize effective communication skills in training and developing staff, delivering exceptional service to customers, driving business with the merchant group and general problem solving.  
\n•    Achieve positive results in top line sales, profit and loss management and inventory control.  
\n•    Establish a goal oriented selling culture that focuses on relationship selling, building a client base and exceptional service.  
\n•    Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies followed.  
\n•    Cultivate a relationship with the community via personal involvement, PR events and advertising opportunities.
\n•    Manage personnel activities of staff (i.e. hire, train, appraise, reward, motivate, discipline, etc.).
\n•    Monitor performance, provide direction, and take corrective action when needed.
\n•    Continually evaluate and react to performance issues and actively recruit candidates.
\n•    Exceptional leadership and management skills and the ability to motivate, develop and inspire a team while creating a highly empowered organization.
\n•    Ensure all relevant conditions relating to Health & Safety are fulfilled and empower store staff to achieve the highest standards to support store management within this area.
\n•    Knowledgeable in all Health & Safety policies and procedures.  
\n•    Ensure all documentation relating to Health & Safety are well recorded and maintained.

 

Your profile:

\n\tMinimum Education ( or substitute experience): \n\t\n\t\t4 year degree preferred \n\t\n\t\n\tMinimum Experience :\n\t\n\t\t5 years of specialty retail management experience. \n\t\n\t\n\tSkills:\n\t\n\t\tExcellent organizational, analytical, time management and leadership skills\n\t\tStrong customer service and communication skills \n\t\tIndependent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial \n\t\tStrong business acumen and interpersonal skills\n\t\tProficient in Microsoft Office  \n\t\tExcellent knowledge of HUGO BOSS products\n\t\tStrong consulting, negotiation, problem resolution, mediation, and interpersonal skills\n\t\n\t\n

The expected base pay rate range for this position is from $38/hr to $40/hr. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
