OKC's Float Pool has two different roles, as a PCA prior to completing Fundamentals of Nursing course and then as a Nurse Tech upon completion of Fundamentals of Nursing. You will have the opportunity to gain bedside experience prior to graduation in the float pool at Mercy Oklahoma City. No experience required, we will train you! Flexible schedule - minimum of 24 hours a month required. Self-scheduling, shorter shifts offered and much more! Qualifications: Education:  High school diploma, G.E.D., CNA/CPCT certification, or enrolled in a healthcare career program through their high school curriculum, and/or a current Co-worker of Mercy.   Must be enrolled in nursing school.
