Aspirus Country Gardens Assisted Living in Medford, WI is seeking a Supervisor - Housing to join our team!
The Supervisor of Housing shall be responsible for the overall operation of the housing facilities (Country Gardens and Cedar Court Apartments). Is responsible for delegation, supervision, and evaluation of all staff functions necessary to deliver the highest standard of care and quality to the residents. Ensures that all State regulations and Contracts governing the facilities are enforced.
HOURS: Full time or 1.0 FTE; 80 hours bi-weekly; Day Shift
Experience/Qualifications:
Required Education: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or a Bachelor’s Degree in a non-health care field from an accredited college or an Assisted Living Certification with equivalent experience
Current BLS certification
Preferred Education: Knowledgeable of RCAC state rules and regulations.
Knowledgeable on HUD policies & procedures
Required Experience: At least two years’ experience working in a related field
Preferred Experience: Previous Management experience in a geriatric-care setting
