Supply Chain Functional Lead (ERP)

The Supply Chain Functional Lead will be a key liaison between the business and IT providing production support and implementing solutions that produce exponential operational impact. They will consult through design and configuration of ERP, PLM, MES, and BI applications (Infor Visual, Aegis, and Oracle) and foster continuous improvement initiatives centered on BI, Automation, Integration and more. This is an outstanding opportunity to have a hand on impact on efficiency as we scale toward an entirely new Enterprise Applications and Business Intelligence platform leveraging AI, ML, and our people at the center. Ideal candidate is self-starter with Tier 1 ERP experience in Supply Chain/Finance and a hunger to grow.

\nJob duties:\n\nWork with business leads to document functional requirements, specifications, and process flows.\nDesign, build, test, and deploy robust solutions that boost efficiency, improve control, and scale performance across enterprise.\nConsult on systems “best practices”, perform fit gap analysis, and lead implementation of end-to-end process improvement initiatives.\nServe as functional SME in system modules and tools used across designated function.\nProgram lead and prioritize workload with clearly defined ROI and impact analysis.\nProvide regular business updates that measure progress/impact of deliverables through clearly defined KPIs.\nPromote adoption by facilitating user acceptance testing, training, and focus groups as needed.\nWork with management and business users to identify reporting and BI needs, design specifications, and test developed solutions.\nProvide L1 and L2 end user support from root cause analysis through resolution as the need arises.\nTest and document all code updates. This includes unit testing, component integration testing, system integration testing, performance testing, capacity testing and quality review\nDocument all improvements, customizations and technical requirements.\nTechnical skills needed:\n\nPL/SQL and SQL development\nOracle BI Publisher (Formerly XML Publisher), SAP BI suite, Tableau etc\nDevelopment experience on BI tools like OBIEE, Power BI etc.\nSolid understanding of REST APIs and integration with external applications.\nSolid understanding/experience with ERP to MES and ERP to PLM Integration functionality\nSolid understanding of ERP integration middleware products OIC, Dell-Boomi, Mulesoft, etc.\nERP Business Workflow and approval configuration\nSolid understanding of the Security architecture (security console, roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.)\nKnowledge of the ERP Web Service Integration architecture.\nKnowledge of Java Development, Apache CFX, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)\nKnowledge of Supply Chain, Financial Projects and HCM business processes applied to Tier 1 ERP methodology is helpful\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s Degree in business or Information Systems related fields\n8+ years of related business and/or IT experience\n6+ years of business analyst experience\n6+ years of Oracle or Infor Visual Manufacturing experience\n2+ Full Cycle ERP implementations\nExpertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain Processes (Discrete Manufacturing is a major plus)\nExcellent organizational and presentation skills\nUnderstanding of IT Change Management practices and ERP Life Cycle Management\nStrong problem solving and analytical skills\n

Hollister, CA: The salary range for this position is $142,560- $264,720

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
