Within this role you will be responsible for setting expectations amongst key stakeholders, react to and resolve product supply issues and have a strong customer focus is a key requirement for this role.
As a Supply Operations Analyst, a typical day may include, but not limited to, the following:
Facilitates the site batch disposition/order management process, participates in functional management meetings, and follows up on any resulting actions with key stakeholders.
Drives batch impacting events towards closure to facilitate timely disposition of all relevant internal and external batches.
Works with key internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, QA, QC, etc) to ensure successful process execution and delivery. Supports day-to-day effective stakeholder relationship management.
Monitors key milestones associated with the execution of the Batch Disposition / Order management process, effectively identifying potential risks to the timeline and cross-functionally coordinates mitigation plans to maintain original timeline or reduce delay and impact.
Reports risks and follows proper escalation path as necessary.
Understands any misalignment, conducts any necessary gap analysis, and drives relevant actions to remove gaps.
Identifies, initiates, and drives Continuous improvements initiatives, and cross-site alignment.

Supports other duties as required by supervisor/department management.

Experience in pharmaceutical / biotech industry is desired.
Lean/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus.
APICS or other related purchasing certifications a plus.
To be considered for this opportunity you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a Science background, 3+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
