Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Install, maintain and repair end user hardware and software
Deploy new hardware and software as required
Support end users by resolving issues reported via Service-Now, phone and other communications methods
Assist in creation of new user accounts by provisioning and administer user credentials, access rights, permissions and control systems
Assist in implementation of local and regional IT projects
Consult with end users on the performance aspects of the software applications and hardware
Monitor and work customer support tickets and requests as received to assist other support staff as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
